Ashley is a graduate of the University of Portland with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a focus in Finance. She was elected by her peers to the board of the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL) and is Chair of multiple committees. Ashley also obtained her Advanced SBA Lender Diploma from NAGGL, which indicates her deep understanding of the complex 7(a) SBA lending program. Ashley is also a graduate of the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) Commercial Lending Institute and was recognized as one of the top 20 Bankers under 40. She is also a graduate of the Oregon Bankers Association (OBA) Executive Development Program. Ashley has several years of experience strategically structuring and underwriting small business loans.
